Un changement de cette envergure requiert que les gens changent leur fa\u00e7on de travailler, leurs comportements et parfois leurs r\u00f4les.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Les gens sont essentiels au succ\u00e8s d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/transformations-agiles-reussies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">changement <\/a>vers le nouvel \u00e9tat d\u00e9sir\u00e9.&nbsp; Commencer avec le \u00ab&nbsp;Pourquoi?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Avant de mettre en \u0153uvre une transformation Agile au niveau d\u2019un d\u00e9partement\/services ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019organisation, il est important de comprendre les raisons. &nbsp;Assurez-vous que tout le monde comprend les avantages de l\u2019Agilit\u00e9, de ses pratiques et la mani\u00e8re dont elle aidera l&rsquo;organisation \u00e0 atteindre ses objectifs.  Donnez des exemples de r\u00e9ussites pour illustrer l&rsquo;impact potentiel des pratiques agile sur l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Quels sont vos motifs, \u00ab\u00a0Le But?\u00a0\u00bb.  En tant que leader strat\u00e9gique, quelle est votre vision par rapport \u00e0 votre transition \u00e0 l\u2019Agilit\u00e9?&nbsp; Est-ce que votre vision est positive, inspirante et d\u00e9taill\u00e9e (quoi, pourquoi, quand, comment) et clairement-fr\u00e9quemment communiqu\u00e9e?&nbsp; Est-ce que votre vision est support\u00e9e, partag\u00e9e par tous?&nbsp; Est-ce que votre vision en vaut les efforts?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
