href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/en\/project-management-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projects<\/a>..!  Let's not forget that a <a href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/en\/project-management-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">project<\/a> is a temporary adventure with a beginning and an end, aimed at creating value through the launch of a product, service or the delivery of a unique result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">As part of <a href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/en\/project-management-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projects<\/a> management, scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, risk management, stakeholder management, procurement management and all other areas of knowledge in business management. <a href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/en\/project-management-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">project<\/a> are ensured by the presence of a project manager (ideally a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmi.org\/certifications\/project-management-pmp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">professional of the profession<\/a> ! according to internationally recognized project management standards: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmi.org\/pmbok-guide-standards\/foundational\/pmbok\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PMBOK\u00ae Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">E.g.: a firm mandated by a customer to deliver: a continuous improvement project (Lean business case), the construction of the Champlain Bridge, the staging of an event (Montreal Auto Show, Canadian Grand Prix), the launch of a marketing campaign, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The 1,000,000$ question: How will we deliver (perform) the <a href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/en\/project-management-support\/\">project <\/a>?  Waterfall or <a href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/en\/lean-agile-consulting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agile <\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Answer: It depends! Never try to change one. You have to be agile before you can be agile!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">First and foremost, it's very important to have a system thinking approach, combined with a good portrait of your business. <a href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/en\/value-streams-optimization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">value chains<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Try applying the principles of Lean Portfolio Management on a smaller scale by <a href=\"https:\/\/elanexpertsti.com\/en\/focussing-on-the-outcomes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Evolution\" mode<\/a> rather than in \"Revolution\" (Big Bang) mode...!
