Selon le sondage, la: <strong>Culture<\/strong>, le <strong>Leadership<\/strong> et la <strong>coh\u00e9rence<\/strong> <strong>sont les trois principaux d\u00e9fis pour une adoption r\u00e9ussie de l&rsquo;Agilit\u00e9 au sein d\u2019une organisation<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&rsquo;agilit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas quelque chose que les entreprises comprennent intuitivement.&nbsp;  Les statistiques montrent que les pratiques Agiles se heurtent fr\u00e9quemment \u00e0 la <strong>culture de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/strong>.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En fait, <strong>la culture d&rsquo;entreprise <\/strong>est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la<strong> \u00ab\u00a0principale cause de l&rsquo;\u00e9chec de la mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;Agilit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le soutien de la direction est un d\u00e9fi commun. 38 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es indiquent que le \u00ab\u00a0<strong>manque de soutien de la part de la direction<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb serait la \u00ab\u00a0<strong>principale cause des livraisons infructueuses en mode Agile<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb alors que deux r\u00e9pondants sur cinq d\u00e9clarent que le manque de participation des dirigeants est un obstacle \u00e0 l&rsquo;adoption de l\u2019Agilit\u00e9. De la volont\u00e9, du courage, des \u00ab champions corporatifs \u00bb de l&rsquo;agilit\u00e9, des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs qui comprennent et adh\u00e8rent au processus, de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation [guid\u00e9e] continue, du temps, des efforts, un mindset \u00ab\u00a0<em>inspect and adapt<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb et de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition sont des ingr\u00e9dients pouvant mener au succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Selon moi, l\u2019agilit\u00e9 est un moyen et non une fin.&nbsp; M\u00eame en pr\u00e9sence de d\u00e9fis\/bloquants organisationnels, rien n\u2019emp\u00eache les \u00e9quipes de livraison de s\u2019auto-organiser pour livrer de la valeur.&nbsp; Comme adopter les valeurs et principes de l\u2019Agilit\u00e9, de mettre en place leurs propres \u00ab <em>Ways of Working<\/em> \u00bb et de constamment les faire \u00e9voluer, etc.  Commen\u00e7ons dans un petit p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre en effectuant de petits pas au niveau op\u00e9rationnel, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire au niveau des \u00e9quipes de livraison.&nbsp;
